Ingredients :
Breast/ Thigh fillets on one chicken
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Red Chili powder
1 Tsp Whole White Cumin seeds
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup yogurt
1/4 Cup Oil
Chicken Lemon Yogurt Kababs
Method:
Divide the fillets in to thin slices, making 3 from each fillet.
Mix salt, peppers, cumin seeds & lemon juice in yogurt, save 1/4 cup yogurt.
Marinate Chicken in it for 45 minutes.
Thread the fillets onto skewers
Grill the threaded chicken kababs on high heat after applying oil, till both sides are nice golden brown.
Pour the left over marinade and cook till the water evaporates. Keep the flame high.
Arrange kababs on serving dish.
Pour the saved yougurt.
SERVE!!!
Notes
Use Fresh Chicken
Use home made yogurt.
Adding freshly ground black pepper will add to taste.
Grill on high flame to lock the juices of chicken.
Increasing the marination time will give best taste of seasonings.
