Ingredients :
One dozen Chicken Wings with skin
Juice of two Lemons
Salt to taste
2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
One Egg
3 Tbsp Corn Flour
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
Oil for deep frying
Lemon Chili Wings
Method:
Wash pat dry the wings.
Prick using fork.
Add lemon juice, salt, chili flakes and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add egg, flour and corn flour and mix well.
let it rest for 15 more minutes.
Deep fry on medium high heat till nice golden brown from all sides.
SERVE!!!
Notes
Use fresh Chicken
Do not forget to pat dry the wings
Give ample marination time to get the flavors absorbed.
Though deep frying will give best results but can be air fried.
