EASY EVERY DAY TRIED & TESTED RECIPES FOR EVERYONE AROUND ME
Ingredients :
1/2 Kg Mutton
4 Big Tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 Big Onion, thinly sliced
7-8 Poblano Pepper (milder green chilies)
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander leaves
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Nigella (Kalonji) Seeds
1 Tsp Fenugreek (Mithi Dana) Seeds
1/2 Cup Oil
Water as required

Method
Add everything except, Poblano pepper & chopped fresh Coriander leaves into the pressure cook.
Pressure cook for about 15 minutes or until the Mutton is done.
Let the water dry.
Slit the Poblano pepper length wise.
Place on top of dried mutton gravy, cover and cook on low flame till oil separates and peppers are tender.
Garnish with Corriander.
SERVE!!!
Notes
Take fresh Mutton of your choice.
You can use hot green chilies too & in that case adjust the quantity of red chili powder or else remove seeds of chilies.
Amount of oil can be decreased but it will change the final look of dish. As its a dish with thick gravy so a little more oil than usual is preferred.
After adding poblano pepper do not mix with spoon.
It will taste equally good with Chicken or Beef. If using, manage cooking time.
