Ingredients
One Chicken cut into karahi style
Two Big Onions
Four Big Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Whole spice powder
2 Cups Water
Method
In a heavy base pan fry onion till Golden.
Add Ginger Garlic and Tomatoes
Add all the spices and cover
let the Tomatoes release water
Once soft mash a bit and add chicken & water, cook till chicken is almost done and gravy is nice and thick. Keep in mind the chicken should not be very tender at this point.

Ingredients
One Bunch Mint leaves
One Bunch Coriander leaves
one green chilli
Half Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Store Bought/ Home Made Yogurt
Method
Blend Every thing in Blender
Biryani Layering
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Half Boiled Rice
1 Green Chilli Thinly Sliced
1 Lemon Thinly Sliced
Half Bunch Coriander leaves
2 Onions Fired Golden
1/4 Packet of Shan Biryani Masla
One Pinch yellow food coloring dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
Method
In a heavy base Deep and wide pot. Add 1/4 of fried Onion, 1/4 of gravy, 1/4 of boiled rice, repeat.
On last layer add green chilies, lemon slices and chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle Biryani Masala. Sprinkle water with food Colour.
Let it stay on stove for 15 minutes.
SERVE !!!
Notes
Take Fresh Meat. Though you can use frozen ones but the fresh one is always more juicy.
For Biryani, never fully cook the meat as its get cooked in layers too.
Use best quality basmati rice.
For tangy taste use store bought yogurt.
