EASY EVERY DAY TRIED & TESTED RECIPES FOR EVERYONE AROUND ME
Ingredients:
1.5 Kg of Mutton
Salt 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
1 Cup Yogurt
1 Medium Sized Onion
1 Knob Garlic
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Litre Water
Mutton Roast
Method:
In a Heavy base pan put mutton along with all spices, yogurt and water. Boil on high flame.
Reduce Flame to Medium low and let it simmer till meat is tender.
Take out the knob of garlic, squeeze out all the pulp and discard the peel.
Dry out any water present. Add Oil and cook till oil is separated.
SERVE!!!
Notes
Take Fresh Meat of small animal. It should be pink in color and tender to touch. Frozen meat is NOT ALL RECOMMENDED.
Use home made yogurt. A day old will be best.
Do not pressure cook as it will not let the meat absorb flavors.
