Ingredients :

  • 1 Chicken (Karahi Cut)

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste

  • 1 Cup yogurt

  • 3 Tbsp Oil

Pepper Yogurt Chicken

Method:

Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice & ginger garlic paste in yogurt.

Marinate Chicken in it for 30 minutes.

Cook marinated chicken on medium low flame till chicken is tender, cooked through and yogurt is dried.

Add oil and cook further for 3 minutes on high flame or until chicken get a brown roasted color.

SERVE!!!

Notes

  1. Use Fresh Chicken

  2. Use home made yogurt. A day old will be best.

  3. Do not pressure cook as it will not let the Chicken absorb flavors.
