Ingredients
1 Liter Milk, preferably full fat
4-5 heaped Tbsps Vanilla Custard powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Pkt Pineapple flavored jelly
2 Cups Whipped Cream
1 Large tin Pineapple (Approximately 500 gms)
Method
Take out 1 Cup of milk from 1 liter and mix custard powder. Set aside
Boil rest of the milk and add the custard and milk mixture. keep stirring until thick and creamy. Transfer in to the bowl and let it cool.
Make jelly as per package instructions, just use syrup from tin to make the jelly instead of water. You can add water to make up for the required liquid quantity as per directions.
Shred the pineapple into a mix of thin & thick pieces.
Break the jelly into small pieces with fork.
Beat the cooled custard till creamy, fold in whipped cream.
Fold in the jelly.
Pour into individual serving cups/ shot glasses or one big serving dish.
Decorate with pineapple chunks.
Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes
Use full cream milk.
Use only whipping cream as it will result in lighter and fluffier dessert.
The Custard should be thick otherwise the dessert will be runny.
You can decor with whipped cream and any fruit.
Can be made a day ahead and on the day of serving pour in the desired dish and decor as liked.
